The company was established at 1994 with the name “Al-Qassab Company”, then it was renamed to become Al-Fajr Modern Company, and the goal behind it was to enter the private work arena, which began contributing to projects cooperating with the public sector after the issuance of Law No/10/ for investments in Syria, and since day one, our company’s slogan was implementation accuracy and fast execution. The company started with small projects and in no time started implementing major projects during the 90s in the city of Homs, and the most important of these projects was the wall of Al-Baath University and the restoration of Wadi Abyad Dam in Palmyra. And after gaining enough experience in the excavation and construction and road construction industries, the company started providing the utilities required for its entry into the major business arena.
The company implemented many constructions, asphalted several roads, and proceeded to provide the required work equipment, making it have many heavy machinery and engineering tools, until it achieved the slogan of implementation accuracy, and so that is had self-sufficiency, and after gaining the trust aspect in the industry, it has carried out a number of projects in various fields, including the establishment and restoration of several dams, the construction of many buildings and asphalting many roads, the most important of which was the construction and asphalting of the southern entrance to Palmyra with the highest of qualities deserving a praise from the mayor of Homs and the technical services decorate. The company today wants to achieve excellence in the field of engineering and contracting, and the title of this distinction is implementation accuracy and fast execution, which is the motto that the company seeks with all its divisions and expertise to achieve.
